Expreseeion of Interest - emptying and maintenace of Dog Bins

Expression of Interest to empty 25 dog waste bins on a twice weekly basis, to clean and sanitise the bins, repair and install new bins as and when required. The Contractor will be responsible for all waste removal and disposal providing required waste licences. The Contract will run for 1 year initially with longer term available after the initial period. The Contract to start February 2019. There is a possibility of linking this contract to other local Town & Parish Councils with up to a possible 100 bins in total.
