MULTI-DISCIPLINARY ASSET MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES-VICO HOMES

The Client Appointing Consultant to provide Multi-Disciplinary asset management consultancy services on Adhoc basis via EN Procure CCS (GEN4) Framework lot-19 Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services for up to 2 years with an option to extend further 2 years on sole discretion of the client(in total 4 years). The contract is awarded as direct award via EN:PROCURE - Framework for Construction Consultancy services (GEN4) dated 23rd May 2025 with OJEU award reference 2025/S 000-021989 of lot-19 Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services as per Client MEAT assessment. The Contract will commence on 1st April 2026 with completion date on 31st March 2030 (including extension period).
