West Northamptonshire Council - County Hall and Guildhall Refurbishment and Adaptation v2

West Northamptonshire Council are seeking a Contractor to undertake adaptation and refurbishment works to two of its head quarter buildings in Northampton (County Hall and Guildhall) as part of its optimisation of its estate. The works will include refurbishment, adaptation of existing spaces including a full mechanical and electrical replacement. Externally the works will include repairs and replacement of doors and windows and redecoration and repairs and replacement of roofs.
