Description
Devon Clinical Commissioning Group have commissioned a Supplier to deliver a campaign which provides clear, targeted marketing and wide-ranging stakeholder engagement to impact public behaviour in the adoption of a '111 First' model of access to urgent care services across Devon. Audience The campaign will focus on people aged 18-40, with a particular focus on working men and parents of young children. Deliverables The Supplier / Agency will: 1. Supply key campaign messages These will: • Resonate with the target audience (parents and carers) • Explain the benefits of contacting 111 first • Be innovative and creative, providing something that is different enough to stand out from other health and care messages 2. Supply collateral for a multi-media campaign Early materials with key messages were developed for soft launch of the campaign (1 December 2020) Priority areas The campaign will cover Devon, Plymouth and Torbay.
