SUB2 Refurbishment

The University is looking to source a supplier to undertake refurbishment work to create a new Reprographic/Pop up shop facility. You are invited to submit your fixed price tender to undertake the works as set out in the attached specification and drawings. Site visits must be requested as soon as possible through the Intend system. The tender returns will be evaluated as follows: 60% price and 40% technical. You also need to pass the mandatory information. Works will be carried out in accordance with JCT Minor Works Agreement ** Work to be completed early Summer ***
