UKRI-5833 Legal Services

UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) procured a follow-on contract for the provision of specialist legal services to ensure continuity in the delivery of high-priority operational and compliance activities. The requirement includes support on complex, multi-jurisdictional personnel matters, international operations, and coordination with external legal advisers. The scope of services will include the provision of legal advice, risk assessment and mitigation support, attendance at governance and decision-making forums, and oversight and management of existing arrangements for overseas legal support.
