Home to School Transport

The Council requires a system that is easy to use, allowing the Home to School Transport service to record different types of data for all stakeholders involved in a journey, effective management and planning of a journey from request to completion, the ability to upload and view documents, the ability to communicate with stakeholders around workload and changes to a journey, the ability to view expected journeys and staff availability, and system wide reporting. This procurement was undertaken via G-Cloud14 framework The contract will commence on 1st December 2025 and expire on30th November 2028 with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months.
