Professional Services for the design and costing of 14 unit supported living scheme at Cropston Drive, Coalville - RIBA Stages 0-3

The Council seeks to appoint the professional services below; more information is provided under section 3 of the specification:\r \r • Quantity Surveyor\r • Architect,\r • Civil Engineer\r • Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and low carbon consultants\r \r - Phase 1: Detailed design and costings for a 14 unit scheme in line with RIBA stages 0-3 to preparation of planning application stage ready for submission ( not necessarily for submission)\r \r - Phase 2: Should the costings of the scheme deem to be affordable and in line with value for money parameters of the Council, then support will also be required for the submission of the planning application through to decision notice stage
