London & Quadrant - Sales & Marketing "Interior Design Agency" Framework

L&Q wish to establish the Sales and Marketing - Interior Design Agency Framework Agreement for the provision of Interior Design services across Shared Ownership and Private Sale developments to help deliver the required sales targets within the next 4 years. Appointments under the Framework Agreement shall be for the aggregated or singular of the following services: A. Interior Design concepts and mood boards B. Furniture purchase C. Furniture storage (should handover dates move) D. Decorating - painting and wallpaper E. Decorating - fixtures and fittings F. Lighting and window treatments G. Dressing gardens and outdoor spaces H. Interior photography Collectively known as the "Interior Design Agency Services". These are the main category headings which cover 99% of the category requirements. L&Q reserves the right to add sub categories within the 4 year term of the Framework Agreement. Please note that in order to be considered for the tender stage of this procurement process, Applicants must be able to confirm that they can provide and manage all of the categories of Interior Design Agency Services listed in A to H above in-house without outsourcing to a 3rd party. Please refer to question 5.1 of this PQQ which will be assessed on a pass / fail basis. The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
