Opportunity to bid under the Shropshire Framework for Adults with Learning Disabilities through the Transforming Care Partnership

This is an award notice under the Learning Disability Supported Living Framework to provide 5 individual support contracts in single person tenancies in the Shropshire area. The contracts are for 5 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. Staggered start dates likely to be from Autumn 2018 dependent on sourcing accommodation for each individual service user.
