| Quality | Each Method Statement carries a weighting depending upon their importance. The scores and weightings combined make up the overall quality score. Arial font size 12 must be used. The page limit for each method statement is listed in brackets below. Anything over the stated limit will be disregarded by the evaluation panel and not marked. • Method Statement 1 – Please outline the measures you will take to deliver a successful service, including health and safety, sustainability/waste management, maintenance, quality assurance, accessibility, service hours, customer engagement, pricing, marketing (4 pages maximum). Submissions will be ranked in order of price with the highest submission attracting the full weighting of 25% and other submissions scored as a pro rata percentage relative to the highest price.
