S278 -Brinsford Lodge, East Rd, Brinsford - D0212D

The County Council has entered into a S278 Agreement with Countryside Partnerships relating to the residential development on land at Brinsford Lodge, East Road and new bellmouth junction 156m north of the junction between East Road and Brookhouse Lane, Widening of the existing carriageway on East Road, associated drainage, pavement, signing and lining, street lighting, etc works ,provision of new and alteration of the existing carriageways and footways and installation of new kerbs, channels and tactile paving. Countryside Partnerships are funding the delivery of the project and nominated StaveCon Ltd as the Principal Contractor to construct the works.
