PRJ 1157 NEL CCG Primary Care Network (PCN) Cancer Facilitators Service

NHS North East London Clinical Commissioning Group (NEL CCG) is seeking to commission Primary Care Network (PCN) Facilitators Service. The Primary Care Network Facilitator service will cover all of North East London and will provide facilitators to work with primary care teams to support the early diagnosis of cancer. They will be responsible for supporting, educating and influencing primary care teams, health professionals and local health systems to improve cancer services in line with NEL Cancer Alliance’s programmes of work and strategy. The service will support the NHS Long Term Plan and the Primary Care Network Direct Enhanced Service (PCN DES) requirements.
