Arc067 - Repairs, Servicing & Maintenance (RSM) Framework

Scape are procuring this framework on behalf of Arc Property Services Partnership Limited. Arc is seeking suitably experienced organisations to provide Repairs Servicing & Maintenance (RSM) as described within the Contract Notice and procurement documentation. Applications are invited from experienced providers who can provide high quality works and services using a customer focused approach particularly in the public sector. It is anticipated that the works and services will be provided by the providers themselves and/or through their supply chain. The specific works and services that may be procured under the Framework are clearly defined along with the nature and types of works that may be required including those services identified by CPV code and detailed within the tender documents.
