Description
Accent Corporate Service Limited had a requirement for Omni Channel Contact Centre and Unified communication solution to replace the existing telephony platform based on a 3 + 1 + 1 year contract duration. The contract also covers non mobile lines and minutes arrangements. This was procured through a general further competition on Crown Commercial Framework contract RM1045 Lot 3, 4 & 10. In accordance with the guidance given for use of the framework all suppliers awarded Lot 3, 4 & 10 were invited to submit an offer. Offers were evaluated in accordance with published evaluation criteria. All bidders were advised of Accent Corporate Services Limited award intentions and following a 10 day standstill period a contract was awarded to Freedom Communications (UK) Ltd.
