Integrated Reception System (IRS) - Maintenance & Support

Blackpool Council are undertaking this exercise on behalf of Blackpool Coastal Housing (who will be the Contracting Authority). The successful contractor will be expected to provide day-to-day maintenance of the IRS, predominantly consisting of unplanned repairs work (mainly minor jobs) which will be notified to the successful bidder on a daily basis, usually initiated by a request from the client's property services department during operational including the provision of an out of hours (24 hour) emergency service.
