Refurbishment of the public toilets at Victoria Park, Frome

To undertake the refurbishment of the public toilets at Victoria Park, Frome. The project will consist of two phases: Phase 1: Design and Planning stage Phase 2: Build and Installation Phase 1 to develop a design and scaled elevations and floor plans for the submission of a planning application for the refurbishment of the interior of the public toilet block. This may include reconfiguration of the existing cubicles and entrance points to reduce vandalism and anti-social behaviour, as well as improving accessibility. The design must include a Changing Places unit and energy efficiency will be a consideration. The design and elevations will be submitted for planning approval by Frome Town Council, this process will take a minimum of 8 weeks. Subject to planning approval being granted Phase 2 (build and installation) will begin.
