149 Eastham Rake - Adaptation and Construction of Extension

Adaptation & Construction of rear extension at 149 Eastham Rake, Eastham, Wirral. The works comprise the construction of a ground floor extension to provide facilities for an occupier with disabilities. It is envisaged that the project will commence on 7th January, 2019.The property will be occupied during the contract period. The Provider must ensure that the residents are not unnecessarily inconvenienced. Note that there are pet dogs which must be kept away from the area of work.
