New Three Classroom Block, Classroom Alterations and Formation of New Kitchen and Dining Facilities at Bedford High School

The construction of a new three classroom teaching block with associated services and external works installations together with internal & external alterations to an existing gymnasium to form new kitchen and dining facilities and alterations to existing teaching and learning spaces. The location of the school is Bedford High School, Manchester Road, Leigh, WN7 2LU. Timescale for construction work: 26 Weeks (New 3 Classroom Block 26 Weeks, Classroom Alterations 10 Weeks & Kitchen/Dining room Alterations 8.6 Weeks). This project is being procured via the NHS SBS Lot 1 Region 7 North West - £0 to £2,500,000 PS Construction Works Framework Agreement.
