Innovation Chain North

Innovation Chain North (ICN) is now tendering for its third consecutive framework. The current framework has been a great success It is our intention that the framework now being procured will commence before the current framework expires and therefore we anticipate this will be operable from June 2020 to June 2024. The framework will include lots for main contractors, contractors to support modular build and associated professional services. This framework will run alongside a DPS for suppliers of Modular Homes. The aim of the framework is for all clients to deliver high quality, sustainable homes that meet the current and future needs of residents whilst complying with current EU procurement regulations. ICN also aims to encourage innovation, achieve benefits from collaborative working, provide opportunities for sustainable job creation and training, whilst achieving efficiencies and value for money.
