Eastleigh Borough Council (EBC) are engaged in the planning and delivery of a major residential-led development on land at Horton Heath. As part of this process, EBC intends to prepare and submit an application for Approval of Reserved Matters pursuant to a first residential phase of development in accordance with extant planning consent reference O/14/75735.
