The work includes the following: 1. Removal of part existing heating installation consisting of steel panel / cast iron radiators & large bore steel pipework within the following areas: Ground Floor Upper Ground Floor (General Office 028) First Floor (except Toilets, Store, Circ & Learning Support 013 -018) 2. Installation of new pipework & LST radiators (steel panel to non-pupil areas) 3. Pipework alterations within boiler house 4. Associated builders works, including pipe boxings, temporary removal of part suspended ceilings 5. Associated electrical works
