School Transport Services

To supply Transport to Penk Valley Academy Trust for TWO YEARS ending 31st August 2024. Due to the expansion of our transport services to multiple schools within the Penk Valley Academy Trust, there is now a requirement for coach services from September 2022. The contracted Transport Services for the start of the new school year in September 2022 for two years is to: • Provide transport to and from schools Monday - Friday as per the agreed times with Penk Valley Academy Trust • Provide transport to and from the areas listed below for Wolgarston High School ST19 5RX and the Rural Enterprise Academy ST19 5PH with an option to add in more schools within Penkridge, should the needs arise. • Provide a transport route to and from the following areas, all with multiple stops o Wolverhampton area including Perton and Codsall o Cannock, Hednesford and Rugeley o Stoke, Stafford, Stone • All drivers must be enhanced DBS checked. • To provide a service for 38 weeks (190 School days) per academic year during term time only, with the availability to be flexible when required. • To maintain reliable and regular contact with the transport team regarding any issues, concerns and changes. • To maintain seating plans where appropriate
