South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of emergency, urgent care and non-emergency healthcare services, along with logistics services. In total SCAS, SCAS owns, leases or licences 110 buildings SCAS is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to provide Mechanical and Electrical, Building Fabric and Specialist Maintenance Services. The annual value of this combination PPM, remedial and reactive works contract is approx. £2m per annum. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years to a maximum term of 7 years.
