IT Controls - Rapid Improvement

Ofgem would like to procure the services of a supplier to look at an IT improvement programme using proven methodology and inhouse toolsets to provide structure and quick results to the Incident/Problem/Change improvement activities. Provision of a subject matter expert and structure/control and engagement with teams to stimulate ongoing commitment to service improvement is also preferred.
