Notting Hill Genesis Gas Servicing, Maintenance, Repairs and Boiler Installs

The contracts are for the delivery of gas servicing, maintenance, repairs and boiler installs, as well as electric heating, to properties owned and managed by NHG. It is intended that the contracts will commence in July, 2019, and subject to annual reviews, run for a period of five years with the option for renewal, as decided by NHG, for an extension of up to a further two years and then an additional further two years. The maximum duration of the contracts are nine years. The estimated total annual value of the works is £6,145,000.
