Description
Yarlington Housing Group want to set up an interim service agreement with a provider who has the right experience and competitive pricing to take on all the regular servicing and maintenance of our fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, intruder alarm systems, access controls and emergency light systems as well as the ongoing maintenance and replacement of all fire extinguishers. The agreement will be for an initial period of 18 months commencing March 2020. There will be an option to extend the agreement beyond this initial term for a further 12 months. There are two LOTS available in this tender and you can bid for one LOT or both LOTS. LOT 1 will consist of all the regular servicing and maintenance of our fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, intruder alarm systems, access controls and emergency light systems. LOT 2 will consist of the continuing servicing and maintenance of all fire equipment.
