Holbeach FEZ (Gleeds NTMS0814)

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) are looking to procure a main contractor for the construction of a new section of road to allow the 'opening up' of land for future development and provide access to the new University of Lincolnshire site at the new junction off the A151, Holbeach. The scheme will entail the construction of pavements, foot/cycle ways, surface water drainage, foul water drainage and pumped main and affiliated pump house. It will also require liaising with and attendances for the supply of all relevant Statutory Undertakers to energise the network.
