Description
The framework will be a multi-lot, multi-supplier agreement covering an array of plant for hire with operator. Established for primary user, Leicestershire County Council, with secondary use of the framework anticipated by Coventry City Council. Lot No: 1 - Wheeled Backhoe Loader With Operator Lot No: 2 - Tracked Excavator (360°) With Operator Lot No: 3 - Wheeled Excavator With Operator (360° 'Rubber Duck') Lot No: 4 - Road Sweeper With Operator Lot No: 5 - Agricultural Tractor With Operator Lot No: 6 - Truck Mounted Concrete Pump With Operator (NOT AWARDED) Lot No: 7 - Truck With Boom/Platform lift, With Operator Lot No: 8 - Tracked Loader / Dozer with Operator Lot No: 9 - Skidsteer Loader with Operator Lot No: 10 - Road Planing Machine with Operator Lot No: 11 - Road Paving Machine with Operator Lot No: 12 - Road Planing 'Train' with Operators Lot No: 13 - Hot Rolled Asphalt Paving 'Train' with Operators Lot No: 14 - Non Hot Rolled Asphalt Paving 'Train' with Operators Lot No: 15 - Floor Sawing Equipment with Operator Lot No: 16 - Gully Emptier with Operator (NOT AWARDED) Lot No: 17 - Drilling Services with Operator (NOT AWARDED) Lot No: 18 - Kerb Cruncher with Operator (NOT AWARDED) Lot No: 19 - Mini Diggers with Operator Lot No: 20 - Rollers with Operator The scope of the requirement encompasses 20 different categories of plant and whilst essentially a direct award, call-off arrangement, it is also enabled for the use of further competitions, if customers so wish. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.
