Hygienic Deep Cleaning

Southport & Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust are looking for a providerto carry out hygienic deep cleaning of the Trusts catering and Laundry facilities at our two main sites at Southport and Formby District General Hospital and at Ormskirk and District General Hospital and shall include the deep cleaning all equipment/building fabric as detailed below in accordance with the Building and Engineering Services Association (BE&S) TR19 guidelines, BSEN: 15780 and BG49/2013. This service will be required twice a year The Trust will require detailed reports in both Electronic and hard copy formats which shall include:- Pre and post clean photographs of all equipment/areas Certification of post clean inspection Risk assessments Report of any defects/recommendations or safety considerations
