Description
The low level support framework agreement will deliver a range of housing related support services that enable vulnerable people to achieve or maintain independent living in the community. These services are preventative in nature, delivering cost effective support that achieves positive outcomes for clients and reduces the potential of more costly interventions. The crisis intervention service will provide very short term, intensive housing related support to meet identified needs that have arisen due to a crisis situation or a significant change in circumstances. Specification 1 - Crisis Intervention (Lots 1 and 2) Specification 2 - Short Term Floating Housing Related Support (Lots 3 and 4) Specification 3 - Long Term Floating Housing Related Support ( Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12) Tenders are invited from suitably experienced and qualified providers that have staff with the relevant/appropriate skills and experience to effectively manage and provide the services. The framework is for 2 years initially with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods. Tenderers may bid for one or more Lots. The Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 has been taken into consideration in the development of this service. TUPE may apply to this contract.
