Support for the Procurement and Implementation of a Payroll Provider for ORR

The aim of this procurement is to provide ORR with expert technical support and to project manage the detailed specification, procurement process and implementation of an outsourced payroll services bureau by 31 March 2021. We are anticipating a 9-month project with the consultant supporting all stages throughout the life span of the project, although there will be breaks between stages.
