Newquay Strategic Route: Design, Supply and Installation of Proprietary Highway Drainage Soakaways

Newquay Strategic Route, A392 (opposite Hendra Holiday Park) Newquay, Cornwall, TR8 4NY - Design, Supply & Installation of 4 nr Proprietary Highway Drainage Soakaways totalling a volume of approx 525 cu mtr which are required as part of the drainage for the Newquay Strategic Route road scheme. The Subcontractor will need to supply details of the system they propose as their design, which will include a typical construction detail drawing and specification data sheets. The design approval period will be 2-3 weeks, after which construction of the first of 4 Soakaways is planned to commence in early March 16. Excavation for the Soakaways, constructing access to the works and temporary support (if required) will be provided by CORMAC as the Main Contractor.
