Display Energy Certificates Associated Recommendation Reports and Explanatory Notes

The University of Southampton invites tenders for the production of Display Energy Certificates (DECs), Recommendation Reports (RRs) as well as the renewal of its own Explanatory Notes (ENs) at various buildings locations across the estate. The University of Southampton requires an explanatory note (EN) to be displayed alongside each display energy certificate (DEC). These documents are intended to provide an easy method by which individuals will be able to read and understand the formatting and information surrounding a building's DEC. In addition, it will state the key areas where building occupants can help to improve energy efficiency, as well as, examples of work that has been undertaken in the building, by the University, to improve its overall energy efficiency.
