Masterplan Phase 1 - City of London School Masterplan - Architect CFA

The masterplan study was completed in Q1 2019 and identified the facilities needed, looking systematically at the options for development. The Masterplan comprises a series of costed refurbishment, extension and new build projects which can be undertaken individually, or over a period of time broken down into designated phases 1 to 6. The Masterplan warrants an innovative and exciting pipeline of work to capitalise on the highprofile location and site exposure. The scheme needs to improve the building quality, marketability and sustainability which will result in generating increased revenues for the school. This requires innovative design and building solutions that are cost effective yet deliverable considering the school's timetable, functionality and continual operation. Each phase is to be undertaken as a modular project starting with Phase 1. The brief below sets out the requirements for a Project Team to be appointed and led by an Architect from concept design to practical completion/handover.
