Quotation for MIS System Sandwell Adult and Family Learning are providing learning funded by ESFA under the Adult Education Budget (AEB). They are currently using the AQUA MIS system which will cease to exist in March 2019. This tender is for a replacement system which will need go live in August 2018 at the beginning of their next contract year.
