The National Highways & Transport (NHT) Network is a benchmarking and service improvement organisation for members that provides a service to measure and compare local authority performance. The NHT survey is a nationally recognised survey that collects the public's views on different aspects of highway & transport services provided by local authorities and measures public satisfaction. It is the only national survey of its type.
