Description
Brixham Town Council ("the Council") invites tenders for a three-year contract for the supply, installation, and maintenance of a Christmas light display. The aim is to enhance the town centre and harbour environment, benefiting residents, local businesses and tourists. The contract may be awarded as a fully managed solution or split between suppliers for supply and installation, with final designs approved by the Council. The Council is seeking a partnership with a creative, professional, and sustainable contractor. The successful contractor must demonstrate appropriate insurance, health and safety procedures, and risk assessments to deliver the contract safely and efficiently. The Council hosts the annual Lanterns, Lights & 'Luminations events, which must be central to the lighting design and installation schedule.
