Description

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to the potential appointment of an architectural practice to support the redevelopment of a number of residential sites within the wider Wythenshawe Civic Centre regeneration programme. The opportunity is expected to cover all RIBA Stages, initially focusing on early design stages, and forms part of a wider ambition to deliver high-quality, sustainable homes at scale. This engagement is specifically targeted at experienced architectural practices with proven expertise in large-scale residential development, strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, and demonstrable experience of delivering similar schemes. Only organisations with the appropriate capability, capacity, and sector-specific knowledge are encouraged to respond.

Procurement Specific Questionnaire - Scored QuestionsStage 1 of this Competitive Flexible Procedure is an open shortlisting stage through a procurement specific questionnaire. Its purpose is to identify a limited number of architectural practices with the most relevant experience, capability and suitability to progress to the next stage of the procurement. It will include a number of scored questions. At the conclusion of Stage 1, Wythenshawe Community Housing Group intends to shortlist up to four (4) suppliers with the highest total scores to participate in Stage 2. The authority reserves the right to shortlist fewer than four suppliers where this is justified by the quality of responses. Further detail on Stage 2 requirements and evaluation criteria will be provided to shortlisted suppliers only.quality

Participation

Conditions suppliers must meet to bid.

WCHG wish to appoint an experienced architectural practice to provide architectural services for the anticipated redevelopment of the Option Appraisal sites. We currently envisage that the appointment will be for all RIBA Stages with contractual break clauses after each stage. The initial stage of work will be for RIBA Stages 1 and 2.
