Description
One of the schemes that Ofgem delivers is the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI). The RHI is a Government financial incentive designed to encourage the uptake of renewable heat generation at all scales. The RHI is comprised of two individual schemes; one for commercial applicants (Non-Domestic RHI) and one for domestic applicants (Domestic RHI)Ofgem are responsible for administering both schemes on behalf of the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS). These duties include accrediting customers with eligible heating systems onto the scheme and making payments based on the amount of eligible renewable heat generated each year.The tender will set out the requirements for the technical audits of installations of for both the:- Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (DRHI)- Non Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (ND RHI)
