Central Bedfordshire has appointed Modplan Building & Refurbishment Contractors to carry out the the work for a ground floor kitchen extension at: Spinney Crescent Dunstable LU1 1AS. The project involves the construction of a ground-floor extension to a two-story, four-bedroom brick-built domestic property. The ground floor extension will enlarge the kitchen area and will be situated on the side elevation. It will feature a side entrance gate, a window, and a pitched tiled roof that seamlessly wraps around to the front façade. The scope of work includes the demolition and removal of the existing external barns.
