OPPORTUNITY NOTICE Hadleigh Town Council Pavilion Construction Invitation to Tender Local Government Act 1972 s.135 and Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Tenders are invited for works to Sports and Community Pavilion, Layham Road Sports & Recreation Ground, Hadleigh, Suffolk, IP7 5NE Please contact Alicja Barnes via email on projects@hadleightowncouncil.gov.uk to register your interest and receive a tender pack. Tenders should • be submitted using the specification provided • be placed in a specially marked (your company initials followed by LRSG on the back of the envelope), sealed envelope • arrive at the office or email inbox of Hadleigh Town Council stated in the invitation to tender documentation, no later than 17:00 on 8th December 2023. The Council will not accept prospective contractors contacting councillors or staff to encourage or support their tender outside the prescribed process. Documents will be advertised locally as well as on the Contracts Finder website. It should be noted that neither the Council, nor a committee or a sub-committee with delegated responsibilities for considering tenders is bound to accept the lowest value tender. Hadleigh Town Council expects to publish details of contracts newly entered into, including those required of the Contracts Finder as set out in Regulation 112 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
