Project Management services for the Data Quality \r workstream to allow the HtB team to understand and manage \r all critical data dependencies, (that may see a different \r internal HtB programme prepare and clean the data to \r prepare it for a high-profile financial data migration, in the \r scenario that a new organisation is successful in the current \r ITT evaluation).\r • Project Management services to lead and oversee the \r programmes Commercial Governance, Legal & Procurement \r workstream activities and associated risks, issues, \r dependencies and constraints.\r • Project Management services for the Digital, Migration & \r Testing workstream activities and associated risks, issues, \r dependencies and constraints. \r • Provide specialist support to the development, engineering \r and mapping of business processes in the form of a business \r analyst with extensive experience in this area. \r • Create and maintain programme and project quality systems, \r (as defined in the Programme Terms of Reference), \r implementation of them, and thereafter ensure that the \r systems are effective in meeting both the programme and key \r stakeholders quality expectations.
