Description

Durham University have a requirement for a supplier who can provide PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) Merchant Services to ensure the University remains compliant with all regulatory standards. In addition to ensuring the University remains compliant, improved value for money is also a key driver behind this tender opportunity along with the desire for high quality management information. Tender responses should include interchange plus plus pricing for card transactions and all other aspects of the service to be provided directly or any associated third parties including terminal costs, regular fees, DCC rebate and non-secure activity etc. As part of the evaluation process, you may be expected to attend a clarification meeting at the University scheduled for 18/07/2018. Suppliers are asked to ensure that they can attend such a meeting on this day. Further details will follow in due course of process. The contract will run for a period of 4 year with an option of a 2 year extension on a year by year basis. The contract will be for sole use of Durham University. Potential suppliers must offer and support Point to Point Encryption (P2PE) terminals. The University will not consider tender submissions from suppliers who do not offer and support P2PE terminals.
