Via EM Demolition of Glebe Farm & Construction of Bat House

Corserv Ltd of behalf of Via East Midlands invite you to submit a tender for the construction of a new Bat House. The Bat House is to be constructed adjacent to the existing Glebe Farm Building on the site for the proposed Gedling Access Road scheme to be undertaken later this year. The project will involve the construction of a new Bat House and the demolition of the existing Glebe Farm to remove Ecological constraints to enable the main scheme (construction of a new highway to ease traffic congestion in and around the Gedling area) to progress later in the year. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer in accordance with the 80% Price and 20% Quality evaluation criteria.
