Provision of Personalised Registrations Auction Services

The Authority wishes to procure Auction Services (the “Services”) on a national (UK wide) basis from the successful Contractor. This paragraph sets out at a high level the intended scope of the Services that shall be provided by the successful Contractor as below: Timed Online Auctions and ancillary services; DVLA auction marketing and associated promotional activity; and Hosting, design, content and functionality of bilingual (English & Welsh) website www.dvlaauction.co.uk For the avoidance of doubt the following aspects of the DVLA Personalised Registrations service are not within scope of this Contract: The Online “Buy Now” functionality; and Hosting, design, content and functionality of www.dvlaregistrations.dvla.gov.uk Venue (live) auctions. The authority wishes to procure an exclusively online auction solution.
