Decarbonisation Retro-Fit Framework (including Refurbishment works).

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency Retrofit measures in accordance with PAS 2035 for domestic and public buildings along with any required refurbishment works for its Members and and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies. The tender is split into ten regional lots • Lot 1 - North East • Lot 2 - Yorkshire & Humber • Lot 3 - North West • Lot 4 - West Midlands • Lot 5 - East Midlands • Lot 6 - East of England • Lot 7 - South East • Lot 8 - South West • Lot 9 - London • Lot 10 - Wales The authority seeks to appoint up to 8 suitably qualified Principal Contractors per Lot able to provide the full requirements.
