North Northamptonshire Council is looking to procure a principal contractor for the Earls Barton Primary School Extension & Car Park Project. The full site address is Earls Barton Primary School, Broad St, Earls Barton, Northampton NN6 0ND. The works associated with this procurement include but are not limited to the construction of a new teaching block comprising of 5 classrooms approx.438m². The linking of the existing Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 teaching blocks providing level access. The relocation and enlargement of the onsite staff car parking to provide 35 parking spaces. The demolition and Removal of 2 mobile classrooms and associated landscaping, boundary treatment and external works.
