Healthy Early Years Psychical Activity and Obesity Work with nursery's in Enfield

• Increase practitioner and parental knowledge of the Chief Medical Officer's guidelines for 3 hours (180 minutes) of physical activity each day. • Supporting settings to embed physical activity in relation to Healthy Early Years London. • Raising awareness with parents on how they can support children to become more physically active. • Increase practitioner confidence and skill in delivering children's Physical Literacy entitlement in the early years setting/school (planning and assessment). • Support settings to create an active friendly environment for purposeful physical play. • Evaluate the physical activity program. • Decrease children's sedentary behaviour by increasing children's activity levels and movement opportunities whilst attending your setting/school.
