Stakeholder Mapping Exercise

The project is designed to achieve intelligence for the ORR on whom our key stakeholders are. Who are those that have an interest or are otherwise engaged in the industry and/or regulation. The successful agency will be expected to produce a document detailing key stakeholders, including media, online and political, and recommendations for the best way of contacting them. ORR will provide our current stakeholder maps to the successful agency. We expect the successful supplier to have access to their analytical tools of choice. We also expect this to be combined with desk research to sense check automated analysis and ensure results are timely, UK focussed and robust.
